Gurugram real estate: Oberoi Realty has recorded bookings for around 13.52 lakh sq ft of RERA carpet area after launching its first residential project in the Delhi-NCR region on June 29.
Mumbai-based real estate developer Oberoi Realty has recorded gross bookings of around ₹8,109 crore for Three Sixty North, its first residential project in the Delhi-NCR market. The strong response marks the company's successful entry into Gurugram, one of India's fastest-growing housing markets.
According to the company, buyers booked around 13.52 lakh sq ft of RERA carpet area, equivalent to nearly 23.10 lakh sq ft of saleable area, soon after the launch of the project.

Oberoi Realty launched the first phase of Three Sixty North on June 29. The project is located on Golf Course Extension Road in Sector 58, Gurugram, and is spread across nearly 14.8 acres.
The first phase includes more than 800 luxury homes across six residential towers. The complete master plan will have seven towers.
The project offers different home options, including:
The starting price of the homes is ₹18 crore, excluding taxes.
Commenting on the response, Vikas Oberoi, Chairman and Managing Director of Oberoi Realty, said the bookings show the trust customers have built in the company over the past four decades.
He said Three Sixty North reflects the company's experience in developing premium residential projects in Mumbai and represents an important milestone as Oberoi Realty expands into North India.
According to him, the company believes that quality construction, customer trust, and timely project execution are more important than expanding into new locations quickly.
According to the developer, Three Sixty North has been planned as a premium residential community with modern lifestyle facilities.
The master-planned development will include seven residential towers, landscaped gardens, Club Three Sixty North, retail outlets, cafés and open public spaces designed to offer residents a complete lifestyle experience.
The company said the project combines luxury homes with carefully planned social and recreational spaces.
Unlike many developers who release all apartments at launch, Oberoi Realty said it will follow a phased sales strategy for the Gurugram project.
Vikas Oberoi said the company will gradually introduce more inventory during the construction period instead of selling all available units at once.
He explained that the company follows the same approach in Mumbai, where projects are sold steadily as construction progresses.
According to him, this strategy helps maintain long-term demand and allows the company to respond to market conditions over time.
The developer has not yet opened all apartments in the six towers launched under the first phase and plans to release additional inventory in stages based on buyer interest.
Three Sixty North marks Oberoi Realty's first residential development in the Delhi-NCR region.
With strong bookings at launch, the project gives the Mumbai-based developer a solid start in Gurugram as it looks to expand beyond its established presence in western India.
The company believes the positive customer response reflects growing demand for premium housing projects in Gurugram and strengthens its confidence in future developments in the region.
